SUMMER HOURS: 7:30-5:30 M-F
8:00-12:00 EVERY OTHER SATURDAY

Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the counter
- Manage inventory control by stocking parts and, conducting regular stock checks, and updating inventory management in Quickbooks Desktop
- Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit card payments, and cashiering duties with professionalism
- Support order fulfillment by picking, packing, and organizing parts for customer pickups or deliveries
- Maintain organized shelving
- Engage in proactive communication with customers via phone or in person to address inquiries, negotiate sales, and promote marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure inventory accuracy
Skills
- QuickBooks Desktop Knowledge
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Proficiency with inventory management tools
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and order fulfillment processes
- Knowledge of parts management, stocking procedures, and retail sales strategies
- Effective communication skills for phone etiquette, customer interactions, and team collaboration
- Organizational skills to manage inventory control efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the workspace
- Must be able to lift, stoop, climb
- Valid Driver's License required
