Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve daily IT support tickets.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Set up and configure new user accounts, computers, and equipment.
- Install, update, and maintain software applications.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including user management and password resets.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and technology assets.
- Follow IT security policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred.
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage support tickets effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 , Active Directory, and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with printers, VoIP systems, and mobile device support (Apple and Android).
- CompTIA A , Network , or similar certifications are a plus.
