Job Responsibilities
- Performs complex installations, modifications, and repairs of sheds, trailers, and truck accessories, ensuring all work meets company and customer specifications.
- Acts as a lead installer, coordinating daily workflow, assigning tasks, and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Provides on-the-job training, mentoring, and technical guidance to Installation Technicians and Apprentices.
- Conducts final quality checks on completed installations to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Diagnoses and resolves advanced technical issues, making recommendations for solutions and improvements.
- Collaborates with the B2B Center Manager and operations team to maintain installation schedules, material flow, and productivity targets.
- Ensures compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies in all installation practices.
- Maintains accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time allocations.
- Assists in inventory management of installation-related materials, tools, and supplies.
- Provides feedback on product design, recurring issues, and customer needs to leadership for process improvement.
- Represents the company in a professional manner when interacting with commercial partners, vendors, and customers.
