Job Responsibilities
- Provides timely and effective technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoots and resolve IT-related problems, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Delivers exceptional customer service to ensure end-user satisfaction.
- Performs routine maintenance on hardware devices, including computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Installs, configures, and updates software applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Manages hardware and software inventory, tracking assets and ensuring compliance.
- Monitors and maintains the company's network infrastructure, resolving connectivity issues.
- Collaborates with network administrators to implement network upgrades and improvements.
- Assists in the configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
- Implements and enforce IT security policies to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Stays informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and implement preventive measures.
- Ensures compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
- Creates and updates documentation for IT processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.
- Conducts training sessions for end-users on IT best practices and new technologies.
- Fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
