What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Customer Service Representative position at Leonard Logistics?
Gannet Warehouse is a 3rd party Logistics provider and is looking to grow our customer service team! We have been in business for over 42 years and run a modern but boutique styled warehouse and trucking company. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails..
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- You will be assigned various accounts where you will be inputting receipts into our WMS, Printing warehouse labels, Outbound orders, and processing invoices.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents through our Warehouse Management System.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Provide "middle-man" communication from customer to warehouse staff.
- Submit invoicing to customers by deadlines.
- Create and print Bill of Ladings, Warehouse Receipts, Shipping Orders, and Invoices.
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone and email skills.
- Experience in Management position
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively within a fast paced environment.
- Experience in warehousing or "logistics" is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
