Morristown personal injury law firm seeks a hardworking, motivated individual for a legal secretary/paralegal position. At least 3 years of personal injury litigation experience and prelitigation experience required. Spanish-speaking a plus. Excellent compensation and career opportunity for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess excellent communication and writing skills, and be able to work under pressure. The ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks is a must.

Job Entails:
- Heavy client and phone contact.
- Assisting the attorney from initial case intake through trial.
- New Jersey State and Federal Court e-filing, motions, discovery, discovery end dates, statutes of limitations, arbitration statements, and pleadings.
- Legal research.
Other Qualifications:
- Must be able to work on-site in our Morristown location.
- Candidate must have paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience. Four-year degree a plus.
