What You'll Do
- Create a welcoming, positive experience for students, families, staff, visitors, and community partners.
- Build positive relationships with high school students and provide outstanding customer service.
- Answer phones, assist visitors, respond to questions, and connect individuals with the appropriate resources.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, correspondence, records, and document preparation.
- Support National School Lunch Program (NSLP) coordination, including meal counts, eligibility and direct certification records, documentation, claims support, and required reporting.
- Communicate with families and staff regarding meal program processes and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student and school records.
- Collaborate with school leadership and staff to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Jump in where needed and contribute to a positive, energetic school culture.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Positive, energetic, professional, and approachable personality.
- Experience working with students, families, customers, or the public.
- Strong organization, communication, and technology skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy high school environment.
- IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
