POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Organize and operate efficient breakfast and lunch services Monday-Friday

Maintain all documentation for claims submitted to the Arizona Department of Education

Maintain accurate, complete, and factual records on each student for direct certification list from ADE
-
Greet students, parents, teachers, and visitors to create a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment.

Create and maintain working relationships with parents/guardians.

Respond to emails and any record request needed in a timely fashion.

Enforce and exemplify school policies and procedures.

Translate (Spanish) for our population of non-English speakers as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (positions in this class typically require):
- High school diploma and some college preferred
- IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required

Excellent computer skills, including the use of Google (all applications), Excel, and Email

Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Professional dress and good communication skills.

Great customer service skills, including outstanding phone etiquette

Sustained standing and walking in support of the front office and school

Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required

Food Handers Card required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Positions in this class typically require: stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, odors, chemicals, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, and intense noises.
