Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly with a focus on presentation and guest preferences.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and managing food safety protocols.
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
Skills
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments.
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting.
