Preschool Teacher (3 years old Classroom)

Responsibilities:
- Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster holistic child development
- Help provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment conducive to growth and exploration
- Assist in conducting regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child's educational journey
- Integrate childcare best practices, and special education techniques into daily activities
- Foster effective communication skills in children and encourage social interactions
- Implement early childhood education practices that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development

Requirements:
- Teacher Assistant degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Proven experience in preschool teaching or childcare setting
- Familiarity with Montessori methodology and curriculum development
- Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and stimulating learning environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for working with young children and promoting their overall growth and development
