We design, manufacture, and sell e-bikes and light electric vehicles through dealer networks and key retail accounts.
Our core brands include NCM and ET.Cycle, alongside new mobility products designed for professional delivery riders.
London serves as our global headquarters, providing centralized support in HR, finance, supply chain, marketing, IT, and retail strategy.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Director, North America (B2B) to lead all dealer and key account sales activities across the United States and Canada.
This is a pure B2B sales leadership role focused on revenue growth, channel expansion, and key account development.
All operational and back-office functions are centrally managed by our London HQ.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer & Channel Development
• Build, lead, and scale dealer networks across the US and Canada for NCM and ET.Cycle
• Recruit, manage, and coach regional Business Development Managers
• Define dealer strategies, pricing frameworks, and annual sales targets
• Drive dealer performance, onboarding, and long-term partnerships
Key Account Management
• Lead Key Account relationships with big-box retailers and national retail chains
• Negotiate commercial terms, volume programs, and promotional plans
• Coordinate closely with London HQ on product planning and supply forecasting
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Own North America B2B sales targets and revenue performance
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to London HQ
• Align regional execution with global brand and product strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with London HQ teams (supply chain, marketing, finance, HR, IT)
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales execution and global support functions
• Support market entry for new products, including light electric mobility solutions
Preferred Experience & Profile
• 10–15 years of senior B2B sales leadership experience
• Strong background in Dealer network development and Key Account / big retail management
• Proven track record of building and leading multi-country sales teams
• Commercially sharp, execution-focused, and comfortable with accountability
• Entrepreneurial mindset; experience in fast-growing or restructuring environments is a strong plus
• Willingness to travel frequently across North America
