What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Chiropractor position at Leon Chiropractic?
🚨 We're Growing at Leon Chiropractic 🚨
Associate Chiropractor Opportunity | Stony Brook, NY
I'm looking for something that has become increasingly difficult to find...
Not just a chiropractor.
I'm looking for someone with character.
Someone who is honest.
Someone who is coachable.
Someone who loves people.
Someone who still believes the human body is designed to heal.
For the past 24 years, I've had the privilege of building a family-based chiropractic practice serving everyone from pediatrics to geriatrics. Our philosophy is rooted in chiropractic, innate intelligence, and finding the cause of a patient's symptoms—not simply treating them.
What You'll Learn
🧠Subluxation-centered chiropractic care
🧠Activator Methods
🧠Thompson Drop Technique
🧠Manual adjusting
🧠Functional Neurology principles
🧠Vestibular Rehabilitation
This position can begin part-time or full-time, and whether you're a brand-new graduate or an experienced chiropractor, what matters most is your willingness to learn.
Our vision is simple.
As I continue expanding the functional neurology and vestibular side of the practice, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a larger role caring for our chiropractic patients. This is a true mentorship opportunity where you'll develop your clinical skills, your confidence, and your career.
I'm not looking for someone who already knows everything.
I'm looking for someone who is excited to become exceptional.
Compensation will grow with your contribution, your clinical development, and the value you create for our patients. There is significant long-term opportunity for the right person.
If you're passionate about chiropractic, believe in lifelong learning, and want to build a career—not just find another job—I would love to connect.

Skills can be taught. Character cannot. That's where we're starting.

One thought: I think adding a professional photo of you adjusting a patient (or interacting with a family) will dramatically increase engagement on LinkedIn. People are much more likely to stop scrolling when they see the doctor they'll potentially be learning from, rather than just a text-only job post.
