LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE - Grade 2 Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Long-Term Substitute Teacher to lead a 2nd grade classroom from beginning of March through April. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and engaging classroom culture, maintain high expectations for students, and create a welcoming environment where all learners can thrive.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering daily lessons aligned with grade-level curriculum
Assessing student work and providing timely feedback
Maintaining classroom routines and a strong, supportive learning environment
Collaborating with grade-level teammates, instructional coaches, and support staff
Communicating effectively with families and colleagues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education (or related field); teaching license preferred
Experience teaching at the elementary level
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Commitment to collaboration and student success
