- Base Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 DOE
- Commission: 2% – 4% on awarded contracts
- Performance Bonuses: Based on volume, accuracy, profitability, and growth
- Realistic Total Compensation: $120K – $180K annually
- No income cap for top performers

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and deliver competitive, accurate bids for commercial and residential projects
- Perform takeoffs, budgeting, pricing, and full project cost analysis
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents with precision
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
- Identify value engineering opportunities to improve margins and increase award potential
- Manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Support project turnover and ensure estimate accuracy through execution
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of estimating experience (landscape or construction preferred)
- Strong understanding of irrigation, grading, hardscape, and planting scopes
- Proven track record of winning bids and generating revenue
- Ability to read plans/specifications with high attention to detail
- Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar estimating software
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
