Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects and long-term service agreements in alignment with company standards and operating procedures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead contract development and execution, including negotiations, change management, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement
- Identify risks early and implement effective strategies to manage scope, cost, and schedule changes
- Develop detailed estimates and proposals for both individual projects and ongoing service agreements
- Facilitate key project meetings such as kickoffs, progress reviews, and safety discussions
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to operations and field leadership to support execution
- Deliver consistent reporting on project status, performance, and financials to both internal teams and clients
- Maintain accurate monthly financials with proper documentation to support internal controls and compliance requirements
- Drive strong financial performance by managing budgets, cash flow, and cost controls across all projects
- Oversee billing processes to ensure invoices are accurate and issued on time
- Support emergency response efforts and storm restoration activities when needed
- Promote and uphold safety and quality standards across all aspects of project delivery
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience within battery storage, substation construction, or similar utility infrastructure
- Solid understanding of core project management principles, including cost, schedule, and risk management
- Comfortable working with standard business software, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera is a plus, but not required
