We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care as part of a collaborative community health team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient medical care to patients across a broad family medicine population
• Administer or prescribe treatments, medications, immunizations and preventive care plans
• Conduct physical examinations and assess patient symptoms, medical history and overall health status
• Order and review tests, diagnostic imaging and clinical findings to guide treatment plans
• Refer patients to specialists when needed and follow up on high-risk or emergency cases
• Work closely with nurses, medical assistants, scribes and care team members to support patient outcomes
• Document patient visits, diagnoses, treatment plans and follow-up care accurately

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Medicine required
• California medical license in good standing required
• Valid Drug Enforcement Administration registration and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification required
• Family medicine experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working collaboratively with a patient-centered care team
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and ethical manner
