At least two years experience in complex commercial litigation including any of the following: business disputes; real estate; breach of fiduciary duties; contract disputes; business torts, including: noncompete/restrictive covenants, trade secret misappropriations, intellectual property, shareholder derivative litigation, and class actions;
Excellent academic credentials and a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school; Law Review/Journal or Moot Court experience is a plus;
Must be licensed to practice in Ohio
Some trial or evidentiary hearing experience is a plus
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the following attributes:
Ability to prepare quality first drafts of pleadings, motion papers, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other standard documents;
Ability to competently assist with fast-paced complex litigation, while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues; and,
The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment.
