At Leos Towing LLC, our goal is to exceed our customers highest expectations while upholding a professional business practice and maintaining the highest ethical standards. We maintain a fleet of trucks with drivers that use up-to-date training, technology and equipment. We intend on becoming the premier provider of roadside assistance and towing services in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge area.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment
- Provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating the tow truck
- Handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy
Skills:
- Proficient in operating a tow truck, including both flatbed and traditional models
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs on vehicles
- Excellent driving skills, including the ability to safely operate a tow truck in various weather conditions and terrains
- Ability to load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment
- experienced drivers preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations
