Responsibilities: 

• Support general vendor onboarding and manage onboarding efforts specific to locksmith, commercial door, overhead door, and automatic door service providers.
• Source, recruit, and develop relationships with qualified locksmith, door, overhead door, and automatic door vendors to strengthen coverage in existing and emerging markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Project Management teams to validate vendor coverage across locksmith, commercial door, overhead door, and automatic door trades, capabilities, and margin opportunities across client locations.
• Assist in sourcing support for low-margin areas, new client locations, and challenging coverage markets.
• Leverage knowledge of locksmith services, commercial doors, overhead doors, and automatic door systems to identify vendors capable of supporting specific client scopes and service requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for locksmith, door, overhead door, and automatic door vendors regarding onboarding, portal access, training, and general support needs.
• Support vendor education and provide guidance around service expectations, operational processes, and client requirements.
• Help monitor vendor compliance and support vendor relations processes to ensure vendors maintain active and compliant status.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination, issue resolution, and successful vendor engagement.
• Support reactive sourcing requests and urgent locksmith and door service coverage needs as they arise.
• Collect and review RFI forms and supporting documentation to validate vendor qualifications and alignment with company standards.
• Additional Duties & Trade Assignments: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Assigned trades, service categories, and vendor portfolios may be modified or expanded at the company's discretion based on evolving business needs and operational priorities

• Prior experience in locksmith services, commercial door systems, overhead doors, automatic doors, facilities management, or a related industry strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of locksmith and door service scopes, including hardware, access systems, overhead doors, automatic doors, service expectations, and vendor capabilities.
• Experience sourcing, onboarding, or managing service providers preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal systems and vendor management platforms.

Salary range: $55K-$65K plus bonus
