About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across e-commerce, personalization, and marketing campaigns, with a strong focus
on customer journey transformation. This role will operate in a highly matrixed environment, driving alignment across business, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across e-commerce, personalization, and marketing campaigns
- Drive customer journey mapping and ensure seamless, data-driven customer experiences across channels
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data) in a matrixed organization
- Establish and enforce strong program governance, delivery processes, and reporting frameworks
- Manage program scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive-level communications
- Oversee integration of CMS, CDP, and real-time content delivery platforms
- Enable AI adoption in delivery, including usage of AI tools and agent creation for automation, insights, and workflow optimization
- Track KPIs and ensure alignment to business outcomes (conversion, engagement, campaign performance)
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager in digital/e-commerce environments
- Strong experience in retail or consumer-facing digital platforms (preferred: beauty, fashion, or e-commerce)
- Proven track record managing personalization and marketing campaign programs
- Hands-on understanding of:
- CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager or similar)
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Content delivery and integration ecosystems
- Experience working in matrixed stakeholder environments with strong influencing skills
- Demonstrated strength in process, governance, and delivery rigor
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, and agent-based workflows within SDLC or marketing ecosystems
- Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with MarTech stack (Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and personalization engines
- Agile/Scrum certification or experience leading agile programs
