Job Description:

Manage end-to-end Pega project delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.

Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and project milestones.

Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.

Manage onsite/offshore teams across development, QA, architecture, and operations.

Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production release readiness.

Track project KPIs, delivery progress, quality metrics, and executive status reporting.
Required Skills:

12 years of IT experience, including 7 years in enterprise project management.

Strong experience in Pega project delivery and Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and distributed teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred: Automotive/OEM experience, warranty or claims processes, PMP/SAFe certification, and business process transformation experience.
