- Coaches must demonstrate the ability to translate product management principles into practical, real-world solutions for teams, leaders, and multi-squad environments.
- The Product Coach will align product teams to organizational strategy, guiding leaders and practitioners to make better product decisions, prioritize outcomes over outputs, and continuously improve value delivery.
- This role requires advanced coaching capability--applying multiple coaching stances (mentor, advisor, facilitator) to support teams at different maturity levels while co discovering solutions rather than prescribing them.
- The ideal candidate has a proven track record of coaching product leaders and executives to strengthen product thinking, strategy execution, and operating models.
- Product Coaches are embedded partners, working onsite with teams to build, evolve, and refine how value is delivered through technology, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
- They bring a broad and deep toolkit across product management, agile, and lean practices, and can diagnose team maturity and guide targeted, high-impact improvements.
