Compensation Range: $50,065- $66,360 annually This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. What You’ll Do
- Own the day‑to‑day execution of integrated campaigns in a highly regulated category, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and with absolute attention to detail
- Act as the connective tissue across strategy, creative, production, and legal—making sure the right teams are aligned at the right moments
- Drive projects from kickoff through launch, proactively managing workflows, timelines, and inputs to keep work moving forward
- Practice operational excellence: anticipate issues, flag risks early, and bring solutions—not surprises
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal partners through clarity, follow‑through, and smart collaboration
- Contribute thoughtful, value‑added ideas that strengthen the work and support the client’s broader business objectives
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and ways of working—without sacrificing quality
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of agency experience in account management or a closely related role
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and organization
- A collaborative mindset, natural curiosity, and a genuine “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” approach
- Strong critical thinking skills and a desire to keep growing
- Experience in CPG and/or integrated agency environments is a plus
- Comfort using new tools and technologies (including AI) to work smarter and more efficiently
