At Leo A. Hoffmann Center, we believe in changing lives. Our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) in St. Peter provides specialized care for adolescent males (ages 11–17) with complex mental health needs. This is more than traditional residential services-it's intensive, trauma-informed care in a highly collaborative environment.
We're expanding our residential clinical team and looking for passionate Mental Health Therapists who want more than just a job. What You'll Do:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Complete diagnostic, functional, and risk assessments
- Facilitate care conferences & collaborate on treatment planning
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans (ITPs)
- Document clinical work in a timely and professional manner
- Provide trainings in coordination with Clinical Supervisor
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Licensed (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW) or actively on track for licensure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with organizational skills
- Experience working with youth and mental illness preferred
