📍 Position: Clinical Supervisor (Full-Time)
📍 Location: New Ulm, MN
💰 Starting Pay: $65,000 annually
As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in mentoring and guiding supervisees, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a balanced client caseload.
Your Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide clinical guidance & consultation to supervisees and colleagues
✔ Maintain a balanced client caseload
✔ Conduct intakes & Diagnostic Assessments
✔ Assist with progress reviews & discharge summaries
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Age: 21
🔹 Education: Master's degree (or higher) in Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
🔹 Licensure: LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW (or license-eligible in Minnesota)
🔹 Supervisor Credentials: Approved licensed supervisor by the Licensing Boards of Minnesota
