Description
- Lead and oversee the production of design layouts and features.
- Lead site investigations and observations.
- Lead the translation of conceptual ideas into architectural graphics and prepare/conduct design presentations to communicate ideas to clients.
- Lead and oversee the preparation of proposals, reports and findings.
- Lead the develop technical drawings.
- Bachelor’s in Architecture from an accredited college or university.
- 10 years of experience.
- Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
- Experience using Newforma, Deltek Vision, SketchUp and InDesign a plus
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
- Independently performs assignments with instructions as to the general results expected.
- Understands the client’s decision-making processes and develops relationships internally and externally.
- Proficiency with REVIT
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills, detailing ability, strong code knowledge and planning experience.
- Detailed understanding of various regulatory building codes.
