Job Summary
The Designer IV – Engineering role is responsible for managing and performing the design of multiple simultaneous projects. Develops technical aspects of projects throughout all phases.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to project teams regarding detailing, code analysis, project documentation, construction administration, and other project-centric processes.
- Provide technical detailing with a variety of materials, systems, etc.
- Develop additional quality review protocols to enhance existing procedures.
- Review, write, and mentor team on the production of specifications.
- Collaborate with designers and teams to translate design concepts into sound technical solutions.
Required Education & Experience
- Associates degree required.
- 10 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software such as AutoCAD and Civil3D.
- Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant working as part of a multi-design discipline team.
