This position requires involvement with the management, production, and coordination of several projects concurrently. Project Managers must exhibit excellent client relationship skills and are expected to be involved with marketing, proposal development, contract negotiation, and production meetings. Project Managers must work collaboratively with individuals throughout the organization with a strong team-oriented approach.

Job Responsibilities
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end which includes establishing project scope, goals, deliverables, ensure QAQC protocols. Plan, track and schedule timelines and milestones.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of architecture, engineering, or construction management required.
- 8 years of experience
- Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect, or CCM preferred.
- Market-specific Certifications preferred.
- Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.?
- Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant working as part of a multi-design discipline team.?
- Familiarity with how projects go from beginning to completion.
- A background in mentoring younger engineers or coordinating across disciplines
