Job Responsibilities
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end which includes establishing project scope, goals, deliverables, ensure QAQC protocols. Plan, track and schedule timelines and milestones.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.
Required Education & Experience
- Professional expertise demonstrated through 10 years of architecture/construction/project management experience within the commercial market sector.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Business from an accredited college or university required
- Professional registration preferred
- Proficiency with Deltek VantagePoint, Bluebeam, and MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) preferred
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to become involved in and remain current on issues relating to a number of concurrent projects in various stages
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals throughout the organization with a strong team-oriented approach
- Exceptional client management, customer service orientation, writing and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience leading large and small user groups through a project design process
- Working knowledge of current construction materials and methods and variety of project delivery and contracting processes
