Job Summary:
Lenton Company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Design-Build Coordinator to join our inhouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing many tasks during the Design-Build process for residential remodeling. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with various teams.
Responsibilities:
Assist with estimating:
- Send out plans, track & monitor, to various Trade Partners & Suppliers
- Calculate order quantities from plans
- Enter quotes and prices to estimate
Manage materials, fixtures and finishes:
- Order & track shipments
- Accept deliveries and store in warehouse
- Maintain warehouse
- Prepare for delivery to jobs
Attend Department Meetings
Other duties as required by the Design and/or Build Managers
Qualifications:
- Procurement, estimating, or related fields preferred, but not required.
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational and project management skills, including systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in residential remodeling or construction projects and plan reading a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to changing priorities.
