Join Lentegrity as a Remarketing Analyst!Are you an experienced professional with a strong analytical background and a passion for maximizing asset value? At Lentegrity, we’re seeking a Remarketing Analyst to join our team and help optimize returns on repossessed vehicles through strategic remarketing efforts. This hybrid role is based in Foothill Ranch, CA.The Remarketing Analyst will be responsible for mitigating investor losses by maximizing returns on assets sold at auctions or through consignment. This includes building relationships with resellers, creating a strong brand presence in the automotive remarketing industry, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to collateral disposal. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and promote Lentegrity’s brand within the automotive remarketing industry.Determine optimal auction timing and locations based on relationships, geography, vehicle type, and condition.Leverage relationships with national and independent auctions to boost inventory value.Use knowledge of auction processes, repair costs, and dealership attendance to increase sale prices.Minimize time from repossession to sale to reduce depreciation losses.Negotiate fees and arbitration claims throughout the remarketing process.Utilize dealer relationships for bids and recourse.Collaborate with Loss Mitigation, Fraud, and Sales teams to monitor wholesale and salvage market trends.Recommend and onboard auto auctions.Review auction invoices to determine ROI and announce reconditioned unit sales.Conduct on-site and off-site reviews of auction procedures and maintain auction scorecards.Must be able to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time for onsite visits and conferences, reporting expenses per company policy. What We’re Looking ForMinimum 10 years of remarketing experience in auto finance or auto auction environments. Ability to assess vehicle values based on condition, mileage, make/model without external tools. Certified Automotive Remarketer (CAR) certification preferred. Experience in frame assessment or condition report writing preferred. Familiarity with NAAA auction policies preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to represent Lentegrity professionally. Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport effectively. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet objectives under pressure. College degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
