As a CBRE Workplace Experience Sr. Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

What You'll Do
Workplace Operations & Facility Support (50%)
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Experience : High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in office administration, workplace operations, or hospitality.
Technical Proficiency : Advanced knowledge of Slack and Google Docs. Experience with Jira and Visitly is a major plus.
Communication : Ability to explain detailed and complicated information clearly and concisely within the team.
Mindset : A service-first, inquisitive mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience & Events Sr Coordinator position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience & Events Sr Coordinator position is $70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

About The Role

What You'll Do
Workplace Operations & Facility Support (50%)
- Act as the first point of contact for the facility, greeting everyone with a welcoming demeanor and issuing visitors' and employee badges according to security protocols.
- Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed, addressing issues directly with vendors or staff.
- Acknowledge and provide solutions to feedback, inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, escalating them to management when necessary.
- Provide comprehensive support for the workplace team, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and room booking support.
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
- Distribute event orders and schedules to vendors and team defining event specifics. Create timelines and floorplans for set-up, event flow, and event set up and tear down details.
- Oversee pre-event client planning meetings. This includes acquiring vendors, menu planning, theme and decor, budgets, etc. Support event communication when needed.
- Key contact for day of the event. Ensure seamless event delivery by the events operations team and vendors. Responsible for on-site coordination. Confirm load in, set up time, and verify a certificate of insurance is on file.
- Support events team with execution. Direct event set-up and tear down, welcoming guests, supporting attendee and speaker requests etc.
- Manage inbound event ticket requests as assigned.
- Availability for overtime and evening hours may be required depending on the event calendar.
