- Customer Service Experience
- Must be or willing to get fully vaccinated per client requirements
- Service now documentation experience is a huge bonus
- Incidents – Software break/fix
- IMACs – Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc.
- Refresh
- Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers
- Basic experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus
- Experience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED
- Experience with LogMeIn
- Ticketing System is ServiceNow
- Tech walk-up bar at staffed locations
