About The Role
Our Clark location is part of our Taste Division, producing flavors and ingredients. Our Clark facility is unique in the sense they have two buildings. The North building has a fruitier smell to it, the teams in that building are producing natural flavoring and essential oils. The South building is the complete opposite, it will have savory and garlic smells because the team is producing seasonings for meat, chicken broth, and beef gravy.

Key responsibilities
Warehouse Operative
Minimum Requirements
High School or equivalent. Must be able to proficiently operate forklifts and other equipment integral to the job functions. Some basic computer skills. Basic math skills, capable of reading and writing in English. Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be agile and can bend to lower heights. Must be able to see and distinguish between labels. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk through the warehouse.
Working Environment
Ambient factory environment with exposure to flavor and basic product chemicals, raw materials and finished goods.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $17.34 - $27.56 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Key responsibilities
Warehouse Operative
- Responsible for the loading/unloading of inbound and Outbound freight in accordance to site rules and operating procedures. Systematic processing of freight as well as physical handling of materials.
- Accurately release the proper freight and follow the loading instructions on the bills of lading.
- Inspects documents, vehicles, and freight on inbound/outbound deliveries.
- Process post goods issue/inbound delivery on shipments after loading/unloading using SAP System
- Unloads inbound freight and inspects for vendor non-conformance's
- Moves and arranges inventory as instructed for organization, stock rotation and efficiency using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow good safety practices as directed by safety teachings.
- Maintain GMP's and complete functions listed on the sanitation schedule.
- Proper handling of Allergen products and equipment according to Allergen Control Procedures
- Safely operate Forklift Equipment and machinery as specified in zero tolerance policy
- Other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
