Power-Flo Technologies is now hiring a full-time warehouse associate to join our New Hyde Park team. We are the premier provider of supplies, services, and solutions- housing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing supplies.

Full-Time. Monday - Friday. 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $20/hour

Warehouse Associate Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), organizing etc.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment
• Organize Inventory
• Cycle Count
• Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and occasionally operate delivery vehicle (box trucks and vans)
• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders (as needed)
  
  

Warehouse Associate Requirements

• 1 years of warehouse experience required
• Experience with cycle counting, consolidation, and inventory management.
• Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies
• Ability to work well independently and on a team, have a great attitude, and be willing to learn
• Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Forklift experience a plus
• Experience with UPS, DHL, and/or FedEx a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Current, valid, and clean NYS driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles as needed (no CDL required)
