As the VP of HR , you’ll report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll drive the full spectrum of people strategy—talent acquisition, organizational design, performance, employee engagement, total rewards, and culture—while leading a high-impact People team.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on org design, workforce planning, and HR strategy.
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition , aligning our hiring practices with business needs and culture fit.
- Champion and evolve our performance management , leadership development, and compensation strategies.
- Drive employee engagement , communication, and learning & development initiatives.
- Build and sustain a people-first culture rooted in collaboration, inclusion, and high performance.
- Use data and analytics to improve decision-making, processes, and organizational health.
- Own the entire employee lifecycle , from onboarding to offboarding—with a focus on experience and scalability.
- Be a player-coach who leads by example and builds a top-performing HR team.
- 10 years in HR, with 3 years in a senior HR leadership role (Director/VP) in a tech or SaaS company.
- Proven experience in scaling teams, org design , and building systems that enable growth.
- Strong understanding of US labor law and experience with global HR practices a plus.
- Experience with M&A and post-merger integration , especially in a PE-backed environment, is a bonus.
- Analytical mindset —you make decisions based on data, not just instinct.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with high emotional intelligence.
- Action-oriented leader who thrives on ownership, accountability, and results .
