What You'll Get To Do
- Understand department targets and strive to meet and exceed them
- Understand Veritext products and services in order to relay all available options to our clients
- Understand fees associated with the various services and products the video department offers
- Resolve issues surrounding video assignments and escalate, as needed, to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
- Liaison with interoffice departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of pending issues
- Accountability for company issued trainings and ever-changing protocols
- Develop a working knowledge of our proprietary database (VISION) and its functions as it relates to video services
- Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and empathetic demeanor while operating in a team-oriented, high volume, communication-focused environment (phone and e-mail)
- Handling other related projects and duties as our clients’ needs arise
- 1 year of related experience
- Assertive, proactive and efficient with excellent problem solving and follow up skills
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and able to multi-task
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client service interaction
- Able to document written and/or verbal communicated requests while accurately and concisely entering information into our proprietary database (VISION)
