Job Description

• Promotes proven recruitment practices and establishes ongoing recruitment activities across all undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Develops and coordinates an annual recruiting master calendar aligned with the University's master calendar.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Develops and oversee sa coordinated strategic enrollment management plan focused on recruitment, enrollment, and retention.
• Employs both traditional and modern tactics to achieve measurable enrollment goals aligned with the University's mission and strategic priorities.

Work Experience

• 6 years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative role, successfully managing university operations in the areas of recruitment, admissions, retention or similar types of divisions [Required]

Pay Range

$110,702.15 - $205,911.28
