How You Will Do It-
Strategic Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Lead integrated demand planning with cross functional teams
- Improve forecast accuracy, scenario planning, and pipeline visibility
- Develop pricing analytic frameworks to understand profitability, competitiveness, and customer value across the portfolio.
- Align pricing with strategic and financial goals.
- Manage internal pricing approval process, communicate strategic context for pricing decisions, and create scenarios for other options.
- Champion a unified, data-driven CX strategy to enhance satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
- Lead cross function project team to identify and execute CX initiatives to improve the Clarios value proposition with key customers.
- Oversee CRM governance, sales process optimization, and performance management.
- Design compensation plans, incentives, and territory strategies.
- Maintain executive dashboards and KPIs to track performance and inform decisions.
- Partner with sales leadership to deliver training, tools, and insights.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- B2B multi-channel sales operations / commercial excellence
- Experience optimizing sales processes, CRM governance, developing performance dashboards and KPIs
- Experience building and leading high-performance sales teams
