- Visionary Leadership: Define the commercial strategy and analytics vision, setting a gold standard for how the function drives profitable growth and organizational impact.
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Architect and execute Breakthru’s multi-year commercial roadmap, identifying high-value supplier and customer opportunities that translate into measurable business wins.
- Portfolio & Supplier Excellence: Lead the development of the Supplier and Portfolio Strategy, ensuring a sophisticated, standardized approach to measuring performance and partnership value.
- Executive Data Storytelling: Transform complex datasets into compelling narratives that inspire action.
- Market Intelligence & Insight: Enhance the customer and supplier programs to anticipate industry shifts, utilizing a mix of internal, syndicated, and proprietary data sources.
- Team Mobilization: Direct cross-functional initiatives by deploying teams with the optimal mix of skills, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Operationalizing Insights: Bridge the gap between intelligence and execution by translating complex insights into clear, field-ready commercial playbooks that empower sales teams to win at the point of purchase.
- Data Infrastructure Oversight: Lead data analytics teams in the research and implementation of advanced tools, while managing strategic relationships and contracts with third-party syndicated data vendors.
- Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- 10 years of experience in strategy or strategy-related fields with progressive levels of responsibility.
- 5 years of previous management experience, established skillset in creating a team culture that fosters collaboration and high-performance.
- Competent in identifying meaningful, useable, and impactful insights.
- Able to translate data into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and meet deliverables.
- Excellent written communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- A proactive action-oriented mindset with the ability to create and implement processes to enhance strategic output.
- The ability to operate effectively within the unknown and lead the charge.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Analytic and Reporting skills
- Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
- A Master's degree (MBA)
- Prior Consultant experience
- Proven project management experience
- Beverage Alcohol, CPG sales and/or other cross functional experience
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone
- People management responsibility for pay reviews, performance management, training, and resource planning.
- Requires conceptual thinking to understand complex issues and their implications, where sufficient information may not be available.

Compensation
- $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 Salary Range
- 35% Annual Bonus
