In this role, you will also be responsible for building meaningful relationships with key university stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team leadership to determine specific hiring needs.
- Assist in the full-cycle student recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and pre-employment screenings.
- Attend university career fairs and build relationships with key university stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an inclusive and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
- Provide prompt follow-up and communication with candidates and university stakeholders.
Qualifications
You are passionate about:
- Working collaboratively with others
- Having ownership in the work you do
- Using your talents to positively affect communities
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related area. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.
- 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized with ability to handle high volume recruiting needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally.
