Start dates begin the 1st and 2nd week of October, and we are looking for individuals who are willing and able to travel nationwide as project needs arise.
Locations: New Mexico & Indiana
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Saturdays as needed)

- Finish Dozer Operators
- Utility Tractor Operators
- Blade/Motor Grader Operators
Scraper Operators
- Minimum 3 years of experience on commercial mass grading sites.
- Operate MTS 3630 Wheeled or Track Scrapers, MTS 745 with pan, CAT 627, or CAT 637.
- All work is rough grading (not finish).
- Familiarity with Paddle Wheel scrapers? Let us know if you're a finisher, this is a highly valued skillset!
- Must be comfortable with the rough ride nature of these machines.
- Understand scraper components: Tractor, Apron, Scraper, Bowl, and Ejector (collectively known as the "Wagon").
- Skilled in using GPS to bring land to final grade.
- Experience working on rocky and standard earth terrain.
- All work is commercial and part of large earthmoving projects.
- Operate Fendt wheeled tractors pulling:
- Sheeps Foot Rollers (typically follow Dozers)
- Discs (follow Dozers)
- Box Blades (work with Motor Grader Operators on haul roads or as needed)
- Responsible for daily pre- and post-inspections and reporting issues to management.
- Experience working in cut, fill, or haul road environments is a plus.
- Be prepared to answer:
- What equipment did you follow while operating the tractor?
- Have you worked in the cut, fill, or haul road?
- Proven experience in heavy civil construction.
- Strong understanding of equipment safety and maintenance.
- Willingness to work long hours and adapt to weather-related delays.
- Team players with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
