Your Role And Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to program managers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, action logs, status reports, and risk registers.
- Support partner engagement by assisting with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with development teams and agencies to maintain alignment with project objectives and IBM technology strategy.
- Assist with marketing and communications integration to ensure consistent technology messaging.
- Contribute to post-event reviews, capturing learnings and best practices for future projects.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud) and industry trends to support solution development.
- Participate in brainstorming and solution-design sessions for partner activations and engagement experiences.
- Attend partner and stakeholder meetings, capturing action items and driving follow-up.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination, ideally in technology, media, marketing, or event-based environments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, MS Project).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated interest in sports, entertainment, innovation, and emerging technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - or equivalent work experience.
- Basic understanding of digital ecosystems (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, UX/UI principles).
- Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or automation platforms.
- Experience supporting projects involving agencies or third-party vendors.
- Background in sports or entertainment industries.
- Experience creating dashboards, presentations, or reports for leadership.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to Design Thinking practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, MS Teams, Mural, Figma).
- Experience supporting digital campaigns (social, mobile, content, or analytics).
