- Dial into success: Hit your stride with 25 outbound calls per hour and aim for 100 weekly candidate bookings.
- Recruit with purpose: Set up interviews that fuel quarterly hiring goals—9 contracts every 3 months.
- Scout top-tier talent: Use job boards, social platforms, and creative sourcing tools to attract insurance sales agents.
- Partner up: Work closely with local branches to understand needs and deliver quality hires.
- Interview like a pro: Screen candidates via phone and video, assess fit, and seamlessly schedule interviews.
- Grow your skills: Take part in recruiter development programs that sharpen your edge and expand your toolbox.
- Customer service or call center experience (1 year preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and computer-based programs
- Strong communication—especially in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented and great with deadlines
- Resourceful problem-solver who thrives under pressure
- Self-starters who follow directions and think independently
- Relationship builders with a knack for juggling multiple priorities
- Efficiency experts who love a fast-paced rhythm
