Skills And Requirements
- High School Diploma or the equivalent, plus 2 years of college or training equal to 2 years of college, and at least 2 years experience in Human Resource functions, the interviewing process, performing investigations or research, etc., or an acceptable combination.
- Must be able to analyze information, exercise judgment and make recommendations.
- Requires preparing detailed reports.
- Must be able to comprehend and follow EEOC regulations, ADA, and the Fair Credit
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office in processing internal and external electronic records.
