This role is pivotal in translating business priorities into scalable programs, tools, and processes that empower teams to deliver with clarity, consistency, and impact. The position is remote and will begin as a 3-month contract with the potential to extend on a quarterly basis up to 18 months.

Job Description
The Executive Recruiting Enablement Program Manager will lead the design and execution of strategic enablement initiatives that drive operational excellence across the organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement strategies that support operational priorities and drive measurable outcomes against goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve readiness, knowledge transfer, and process adoption across teams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to ensure successful program adoption.
- Oversee operations to ensure smooth functioning while identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing robust solutions to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Build and maintain enablement frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits tailored to operational workflows.
- Partner with central operations teams to ensure effective reporting to track and report on key performance indicators to measure success.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, building trust with leadership, surfacing insights, and providing recommendations that inform business decisions through monitoring reporting and performance.
- 8-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or enablement roles within Talent Acquisition.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing and delivering enablement content and training programs.
- Familiarity with operational frameworks and tools such as OKRs, PowerBI, automation, and internal ticketing systems.
- Experience working in a matrixed or global organization.
- Experience in strategic planning or business transformation.
- Strong organizational skillset.
