In this high-impact position, you'll steer Corporate FP&A and operational finance, partnering with leaders across MedEcon, Analytics, Clinical Performance, and Provider Finance. Your work will fuel smarter decisions, sharper execution, and stronger outcomes.

Responsibilities

The Impact You'll Make:

• Lead performance management tied to key metrics and business drivers that inform strategic decisions.
• Deliver timely, reliable financial analysis and performance metrics to executive and senior leadership and the Board, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Manage the enterprise budget process and consolidate product line budgets into a unified financial plan.
• Streamline systems and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Support capital raising by preparing due diligence materials and presenting data in a clear and compelling way that supports the company's narrative.
• Develop long-term financial strategies to position the company for a successful IPO.
• Collaborate with Actuary and MedEcon to structure pricing and contract terms for profitability and growth.
• Improve data alignment and reconciliation to enhance contract and member performance.
• Use analytics to identify healthcare cost trends and drivers.
• Partner with teams to evaluate initiatives addressing cost trends.
• Design provider incentives that balance impact and budget
• Payment Integrity Product Areas: Clinical Claim Review, Payment Analytics, Fraud Capture, Utilization Review

• Build business cases to secure development funding.
  
  

Revenue and Expense

• Own revenue and expense targets.
• Integrate product portfolio into recurring revenue forecasts.
• Maintain systems to monitor risks and opportunities.
• Apply financial analysis to optimize revenue.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• A financial leader with a growth mindset - Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within healthcare organizations, with a strong track record of driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and scalable growth in dynamic environments.
• A performance-driven strategist with metrics expertise - Skilled in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and developing KPIs to monitor and enhance financial performance in fast-growing environments.
• A compliance advocate with deep healthcare knowledge - Strong understanding of reimbursement, health regulations, bonus methodologies, and financial structures across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• A clear communicator and collaborative partner - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams, while demonstrating cultural awareness and stakeholder alignment.
• A strategic contributor with hands-on experience - Proven ability to lead both high-level financial strategy and detailed operational finance initiatives, including value-based contracting and pay-for-performance models.
• A team developer with long-term impact - Demonstrated success in building and mentoring high-performing finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• A credentialed professional with business insight - Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health preferred; FSA/ASA credentials a plus. Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills with a deep understanding of healthcare trends and financial best practices.
