Job Responsibilities
- Arranges and facilitates shipments being returned to the warehouse and shipments being transferred between distributors across North America.
- Arranges and facilitates shipments from external tollers to the warehouse.
- Serves as liaison between Envu (Customer Service, Procurement, Warehousing) and 3PLs.
- Responsible for document retrieval to support claims submission concerning damaged/ lost freight. Troubleshoots and rectifies freight related issues (OS&D).
- Responsible for shipment and label creation for parcel shipments at warehouses.
- Performs transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) including but not limited to, inventory transfers, inventory adjustments, receiving, picking, and shipping of products.
- Maintains inventory accuracy and a high level of customer service.
- Acts as a subject matter expert by providing guidance, training, and problem-solving services in the area of inventory control, D365, and warehouse operations.
- Ensures public warehouses follow product quality best practices of First Expired First Out (FEFO), separation of damaged /compromised products from good stocks, and report all such damages immediately.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with policies and procedures within the scope of the function and monitor the performance of public warehouses using department established key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Associate or Bachelors degree (preferred) or minimum of 10 years experience in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, or related field.
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in warehousing and transportation
- Ability to prioritize, adjust to a frequently changing environment and works well under tight timelines
- Has an investigative mindset, high level of integrity, and a flexible team-player
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
