The Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist plays a pivotal role in purchasing components from suppliers to support assigned project timelines. This position ensures all purchases align with current company policies and procedures. The specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality components and materials. The role also involves positioning the company with the right suppliers to support a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Purchase components from suppliers to support assigned project timelines.
• Ensure all purchases align with current company policies and procedures.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure timely procurement of high-quality components and materials.
• Support a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment through supplier management.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP requirements.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s of Arts degree.
• 1-3 years previous experience in supply chain, sourcing, or engineering.
• Medical device and/or manufacturing background preferred.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Capability to problem-solve, work under pressure, and effectively manage stress.
• Flexibility to handle multiple projects in an organized and timely manner.
  
  

Work Environment

The work environment is based in a Medical Device Manufacturing office. This position offers exposure to medical devices and the Netsuite ERP system. It is suitable for individuals seeking a dynamic and engaging work setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
