Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) and may be expected to travel to an RTX facility as needed.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

What You Will Do
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and vendor records, ensuring approvals, documentation, and timely updates.
- Handle month-end tasks, audits, and controls preparation.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, or orders.
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Assist with audits, identify process improvements, and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Candidates must not graduate prior to August 2026.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
